Step 1 — Book and Confirm Your Service Date

Contact us with your building address, tank capacity, and approximate last cleaning date. We confirm availability and send a booking confirmation with our DM-approved technician details. We clean tanks across all Dubai areas including DEWA-supplied residential and commercial properties. Access to the tank room and a water shutoff must be arranged by the building owner or facilities manager.

Step 2 — Tank Isolation and Drainage

On arrival, our technician isolates the tank from the water supply, opens the drainage valve, and allows the tank to drain completely. While draining, we photograph the current condition inside — sediment levels, biofilm, any visible contamination or structural issues. All photos are included in your service report for your building maintenance records.

Step 3 — Manual Scrub, Pressure Wash, and Disinfection

Our technician enters the tank (for larger tanks) or uses long-handled brushes (smaller tanks) to manually scrub all interior surfaces, removing all sediment, sludge, and biofilm. The tank is then pressure-washed from all angles. Once clean water runs clear, we apply a measured dose of Dubai Municipality-approved sodium hypochlorite solution and allow the required contact dwell time.

Step 4 — Rinse, Refill, Test, and Certificate

After the dwell period, the tank is rinsed thoroughly to remove all disinfectant residue, then refilled from the mains supply. We test the filled water for residual chlorine level — which must fall within Dubai Municipality safe limits. You receive a signed compliance certificate confirming the cleaning date, method, technician details, and water test result — suitable for building audit or DM inspection.
